What lease terms do you offer?
We have a standard 12 month lease! We also offer a 6 month lease which has a $35 per month fee and there is a month to month option with a $100 per month fee!
When can I apply or lease an apartment?

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month! A late fee is applied on the fifth of each month!
What is the pet policy?
No pets allowed.
